Due to many moving pieces, buying and selling a home is stressful and complex. I’m good at making the process easy and simple. Whether it’s homeowners needing to sell to buy their next home or a family buying their first home, I guide my clients every step of the complex process. I keep my eyes on my mission to provide every homeowner and buyer I help the kind of personal service they deserve before, during and after the sale.

  • DURING – hold your hand throughout the transaction process and give my professional advise not only as your trusted real estate expert, but also a homeowner myself multiple times
  • AFTER – be there after the close, answer any questions after move-in, remind you when to file for homestead exemption, provide a free home valuation report annually and upon request, provide a free comparable market analysis (CMA) for tax purposes upon request, take care of your referrals with the same level of service offered to you
